I have been a lover of cats and art since my youth. We always had cats and now we have three beautiful Tonkinese cats. We regularly attend Cat Shows, both as exhibitors and spectators. I have always enjoyed art and it seems to run in our family’s genes. My mother painted, I enjoy drawing and now my children are involved in the art world. A website about cats and art just seemed to be a perfect fit as they are both things I am passionate about.
The Tonkinese cat is a cross between Siamese and Burmese cats. They have the outgoing talkative personality of the Siamese yet they are very laid back like the Burmese. They are very active, affectionate, funny and they will greet visitors at the door. Pictured below are Simon, his color is Platimum Mink, Serena is a Champagne Mink, and Shiloh, the baby, is a Blue Mink. They bring us a lot of happiness.
